The Z-Blocker Z-A431PJ31X-A is an alarm panel DSL filter designed to remove interference from phone lines in DSL equipped residences. With an increase in homes and small businesses being equipped with DSL for high-speed internet access, interference between the Access Control and DSL modem has become a common issue. The Z-Blocker helps filter that interference from the access control system, without hindering the communications of the control panel in case of an emergency. The alarm panel can still adequately communicate with the central station to send all required transmissions.

The Z-Blocker, the only DSL filter in the world designed solely for alarm systems, isolates high-frequency DSL and HPN (Home Phone Network) signals from low frequency voice and data communication even during high frequency disturbances not related to DSL, uninterrupted DSL/HPN communication during alarm panel line seizure and incident reporting.
